Customer Service Representative

Searching for a highly-motivated, customer focused individual who can work in a very fast-paced, technical sales environment. Ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy is key.  Must have experience with inbound and outbound phone skills. Basic computer skills are also required.  Ability to work within a team environment and demonstrate positive team behavior towards both customers and co-workers is necessary. Minimum of 3 years inside sales or service experience in an office environment is required, or a related degree.   Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform all order entry for assigned team

Ensure availability of all tools for jobs

Track and expedite orders using daily backlog report

Maintain order and quote files in accordance with established procedures

Manage finished goods balances. Be aware of contracts in house and how they are produced.

Complete new and repeat estimates

Take incoming customer calls and process requests in a timely fashion

Make outbound phone calls to customers

Account Manager

Searching for a highly-motivated, customer-focused individual who can work in a very fast-paced, technical sales environment. Key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Meeting the targeted sales goals for the team. This requires the management of new and existing customer accounts, developing sales and service strategies, and placing a priority on outbound sales efforts.

Assigning work to the customer service representatives on the team

Working with the sales manager and outside sales representatives to develop profiles for all assigned accounts and set goals for outbound sales efforts

Communicating pricing to customers and negotiating to procure orders

Goal-Oriented Salesperson

Searching for a highly-motivated technical sales professional with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.  Candidate must meet the following criteria:

Proven sales record

Strong telephone skills and exceptional qualifying techniques

Experience selling to high profile accounts

Exceptional cold calling techniques with ability to close the sale

A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience

Previous experience in the printing industry A PLUS

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Must be willing to travel
